ECU Remap Center develops custom vehicle management software in the form of an electronic file created specifically per client order. Once the order is confirmed, the file will be developed as per the client’s specifications. After the file has been processed and paid for, it is immediately available in the clients account and delivered via email. Every purchased digital file will be stored on our servers and available for download by the client for thirty (30) days.
An invoice will be generated and available immediately after the payment and product delivery.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Given the extremely specific nature of the Products, ECU Remap Center\u00a0only sells its products in B2B arrangement to professional vehicle tuners who are sufficiently trained, educated and skilled in the tuning of vehicles and who can tune a vehicle without education or assistance from any third party.<\/p>

By ordering or buying\u00a0ECU Remap Center\u00a0<\/span>products the client confirms that he or she is a professional vehicle tuner with previous training and extensive knowledge\u00a0 of the vehicle tuning process.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ECU Remap Center<\/span> cannot be held liable for any vehicle faults that are deemed to be due to not providing correct vehicle details, additional hardware being fitted, improperly maintaned vehicles, any modifications of provided product by a third party or wrong installation procedures. \u00a0The implementation of the tuning software\/tuning file(s) by the client in the vehicle is at the sole risk of the client and is therefore excluded from the warranty.<\/span><\/p>

However, in the very rare scenario when a fault exists within the software, and can be identified to be due a specific issue inherent within the supplied calibration itself we offer a limited warranty. If reported within a period of 30 days after the delivery of the purchased file, ECU Remap Center will offer the customer revised software to resolve the fault. To prove their identity and ownership of the file, users have to report software issues exclusively through their user account and the purchased project page.\u00a0<\/p>

The client agrees that they will not make any representation nor give any warranties to the owner of a vehicle tuned other than those in relation with the Product itself.<\/p>

In any instance, the client\u00a0may be required to follow basic and reasonable steps to provide ECU Remap Center with adequate data in order to make an informed judgement for finding a satisfactory resolution.\u00a0Failure to provide the basic information requested, or access to the vehicle to be able to ascertain this information directly, may lead to no further support being offered by ECU Remap Center, at its sole discretion, and a refund will be refused.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

When purchasing products, the customer has the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days without stating reasons. This reflection period starts on the day of receipt of the product by the client or by a representative appointed by the customer after notification to the company.
During this reflection period the client will take appropriate care of the product, any accessories and the packaging.
The customer will only unwrap or use the product to the extent of which he is able to decide whether he wants to keep the product.
Should the customer use his right of withdrawal, he will return the product and all accessories and – when reasonably possible – in its original state and packaging to the Company in compliance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the ECU Remap Center.<\/p>

Should the customer want to use his right of withdrawal, he will notify the ECU Remap Center of this within 14 days of receipt of the product.
After giving the company notification of using the right of withdrawal, the customer will return the product within 14 days and provide a proof of dispatch as evidence of the timely return of the product.<\/p>

If the customer has not given any notification of the use of the right of withdrawal, and has not returned the product to the ECU Remap Center the purchase is binding.<\/p>

Should the customer use his right of withdrawal, the costs incurred on the customer will not exceed the costs of the return shipment.<\/p>

Please note: the 14-day cooling-off period doesn’t apply to\u00a0online digital content made by customer specifications if you have already started downloading it and you agreed that you would lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ECU Remap Center ensures that its products and services meet the agreement’s requirements, the specifications stated in the offer, reasonable reliability and suitability standards, and the legislative requirements and regulations in effect at the agreement’s conclusion.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Any warranty provided by ECU Remap Center, the manufacturer, or the importer does not diminish the legal rights and claims the customer may exercise against ECU Remap Center based on the agreement. The customer must notify ECU Remap Center in writing of any defects or faulty deliveries within two weeks of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.<\/p>

ECU Remap Center’s warranty period matches that of the manufacturer. However, ECU Remap Center is not responsible for the final suitability of the products for each individual use by the customer, nor for any advice regarding the application of the products.<\/p>

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:<\/p>

  • Any repair or other work on the delivered products has been performed by the customer or third parties.<\/li>
  • The delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or treated irresponsibly, contrary to the directions of use provided by ECU Remap Center or stated on the packaging.<\/li>

    When ordering custom tuning files and solutions customers are charged for the work performed by our engineers, rather than the outcomes of that work. We are committed to delivering a quality product and offering comprehensive support. All labor must be compensated, and therefore, we do not offer refunds, either partial or full for software modifications and solutions. By confirming this no refund policy for custom made digital products you agree on losing your right of withdrawal.<\/div>

    The client acknowledges and accepts that\u00a0ECU Remap Center<\/strong>\u00a0and its beneficiaries shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar damages or losses incurred by the client. This includes, but is not limited to, financial and commercial prejudice, loss of profit, loss of sales, increased costs and overhead, loss of clientele or image, disruption to the client\u2019s business planning, or loss of data, files, or computer programs resulting from the use or inability to use the Products. Any claim from a third party against the client is considered indirect damage and shall not give rise to any compensation from ECU Remap Center.<\/div>

    Without prejudice to mandatory statutory provisions,\u00a0ECU Remap Center\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0liability shall strictly be limited to the price of the relevant software or digital token(s) purchased. In no event shall\u00a0ECU Remap Center<\/strong>\u00a0be liable for damages incurred by the end-user (owner of a vehicle tuned by the client).<\/p><\/div>

    Furthermore,\u00a0ECU Remap Center<\/strong>\u00a0explicitly disclaims liability for:<\/div>
    • Damages caused by incompetent use of the products or use for a purpose other than that for which they are objectively intended;<\/span><\/li>
    • Damages caused by materials or services provided by third parties without the prior written consent of\u00a0ECU Remap Center<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>
    • Any direct or indirect damages and\/or costs resulting from improper actions, carelessness, negligence, misconduct, or improper maintenance of the products by the client;<\/span><\/li>
    • Normal wear and tear of the products;<\/span><\/li><\/ul>


      Any claims from the client\u2019s customers resulting from the client’s failure to fulfill pre-contractual information obligations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

      Indemnification:\u00a0<\/strong>The client agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless\u00a0ECU Remap Center<\/strong>\u00a0against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, and losses (including legal fees) suffered or incurred arising out of or in connection with any claim made by a third party related to the supply or use of the Products, to the extent that such claim is attributable to the acts, omissions, or modifications performed by the client or their employees, agents, or subcontractors.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

      Off-Road & Competition Use Only:<\/strong> The user acknowledges that software modifications affecting emissions control systems (including but not limited to DPF, EGR, AdBlue\/SCR, and Catalyst deactivation) are intended strictly for off-road, competition, and closed-circuit racing use only. These modifications may not be legal for use on public roads or highways under applicable laws, such as the US Clean Air Act, EU Regulation 715\/2007 (Euro 5\/6), or other national standards.

      User Responsibility:<\/strong> It is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner and the client to ensure the vehicle complies with all relevant local, state, and federal legislation. The user agrees to use the Software only for activities that do not violate the laws of the country of usage. ECU Remap Center (anbitec group d.o.o.) shall not be held liable for any illegal modifications performed on vehicles registered for public road use. It is the user\u2019s explicit duty to verify the legality of power increases or emission system deactivations in their specific region before application.

      Client Information Obligation:<\/strong> The client, acting as a professional seller or service provider, has the mandatory obligation to properly inform their end customers of the legal implications of tuning their vehicle. By agreeing to these general terms and conditions, the client undertakes to comply with this pre-contractual information obligation. ECU Remap Center makes no representation or warranty regarding the homologation of a tuned vehicle and does not grant any authorization for said vehicle to be operated on public roads.<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The client is not entitled, for any reason, to modify, copy, distribute, send, re-offer, reproduce, publish, assign under license, transfer or sell to create works derived from the elements earlier mentioned, any given information or content. The supply of products or services by ECU Remap Center does not imply any transfer of its intellectual property rights. The establishment of an automatic link between the ECU Remap Center website and any another website or any link that automatically returns to the ECU Remap Center website is strictly prohibited, without the consent of ECU Remap Center.<\/p>\n

      In particular, the software offered by ECU Remap Center remains the exclusive property of ECU Remap Center. Upon termination of the use of the software, the client will destroy all software applications, together with the related documentation and manuals. The client engages to keep the software confidential.<\/p>\n
