{"id":11462,"date":"2026-09-04T10:48:57","date_gmt":"2026-09-04T09:48:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ecuremapcenter.com\/?p=11462"},"modified":"2026-09-07T10:51:10","modified_gmt":"2026-09-07T09:51:10","slug":"new-bench-protocols-for-mdg1-locked-ecus-with-kess3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ecuremapcenter.com\/es\/new-bench-protocols-for-mdg1-locked-ecus-with-kess3\/","title":{"rendered":"New BENCH protocols for MDG1 \u201cLocked\u201d ECUs with KESS3."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KESS3 increases speed and safety in the workflow dedicated to Bosch MDG1 \u201cLocked\u201d ECUs, introducing new BENCH protocols that can be used after the unlocking procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The development covers Bosch ECUs already supported in BOOT \u201cUnlock\u201d mode: MD1CS003, MD1CS069, MD1CP007, MD1CS012, MG1CS042, MD1CS004 HW80, MG1CS031, MD1CP006, MD1CS005 and MG1CS002, installed on a wide range of petrol and diesel applications from 2021 onwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first operation is to unlock the ECU: using\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ecuremapcenter.com\/es\/comercio\/kess3-unlock-module\/\" data-type=\"product\" data-id=\"11443\">the Unlock Module accessory<\/a><\/strong>, access the ECU and perform the BOOT unlock procedure, applying the required patch.<br>Once this step is complete, you can connect directly to the ECU connector and work in BENCH, without having to open it again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The benefits for everyday workshop operations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unlock protected ECUs directly in the workshop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct access in BENCH after the unlock<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete backup of ECU contents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greater operational continuity on latest-generation cars, LCVs, heavy-duty vehicles and tractors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Unlock Module is the initial access point that enables a faster, smoother workflow for subsequent operations and allows you to independently work on some of the most in-demand Bosch MDG1 ECUs on the international market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new protocols are available to KESS3 users with CAR BENCH\/BOOT activation and an active subscription.
