The legal relationship and every agreement between anbitec group ltd, company registration number 081422105, EUID SR.081422105, EU VAT ID 085357051320 and the client are exclusively governed by these Terms and conditions, unless otherwise agreed in a written agreement. The Terms and conditions are applicable to all offers on ecuremapcentre.com website and for every concluded distance contract between ECU Remap Center and the client who, exclusively for professional purposes, uses or acquires digital products – tuning software which were developed and sold exclusively by ECU Remap Center. By ordering or buying services or products on the ECU Remap Center website, the client confirms that he or she has read and accepted these Terms and conditions.
ECU Remap Center reserves the rights to modify the Terms and conditions at any moment.
The services and products offered on this website are intended for use by profesional and experienced vehicle tuners only! In order to access our service you may have to become a registered user. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) or under legal age in your country, then you are not permitted to register as a user or otherwise provide us any personal information.
ECU Remap Center develops custom vehicle management software in the form of an electronic file created specifically per client order. Once the order is confirmed, the file will be developed as per the client’s specifications. After the file has been processed and paid for, it is immediately available in the clients account and delivered via email. Every purchased digital file will be stored on our servers and available for download by the client for thirty (30) days.
An invoice will be generated and available immediately after the payment and product delivery.
Given the extremely specific nature of the Products, ECU Remap Center only sells its products in B2B arrangement to professional vehicle tuners who are sufficiently trained, educated and skilled in the tuning of vehicles and who can tune a vehicle without education or assistance from any third party.
By ordering or buying ECU Remap Center products the client confirms that he or she is a professional vehicle tuner with previous training and extensive knowledge of the vehicle tuning process.
Payment for product and services is possible with MasterCard, VISA, AMEX credit cards, Paypal or via bank transfer. All credit card transactions are processed using the Mollie secure payment system and we do not handle or store your credit card or payment information at any moment.
ECU Remap Center cannot be held liable for any vehicle faults that are deemed to be due to not providing correct vehicle details, additional hardware being fitted, improperly maintaned vehicles, any modifications of provided product by a third party or wrong installation procedures. The implementation of the tuning software/tuning file(s) by the client in the vehicle is at the sole risk of the client and is therefore excluded from the warranty.
However, in the very rare scenario when a fault exists within the software, and can be identified to be due a specific issue inherent within the supplied calibration itself we offer a limited warranty. If reported within a period of 30 days after the delivery of the purchased file, ECU Remap Center will offer the customer revised software to resolve the fault or return an equivalent amount in digital tokens to the clients account that can be reused for future purchases. To prove their identity and ownership of the file, users have to report software issues exclusively through their user account and the purchased project page.
The client agrees that they will not make any representation nor give any warranties to the owner of a vehicle tuned other than those in relation with the Product itself.
In any instance, the client may be required to follow basic and reasonable steps to provide ECU Remap Center with adequate data in order to make an informed judgement for finding a satisfactory resolution. Failure to provide the basic information requested, or access to the vehicle to be able to ascertain this information directly, may lead to no further support being offered by ECU Remap Center, at its sole discretion, and a refund will be refused.
The client acknowledges and accepts that ECU Remap Center and their beneficiaries can never be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or similar damages or losses incurred by the client, such as financial and commercial prejudice, loss of profit, loss of sales, increased costs and overhead, loss of clientele or image, report or disruption in the planning of the client’s activity, loss of data, files, or any computer programs and that may result from the use or inability to use the Products. Any claim from a third party against the client is considered to be indirect damage and shall therefore not give rise to any compensation.
Without prejudice to mandatory statutory provisions, ECU Remap Center’s liability will be always limited to the price of the relevant software / digital token(s) purchased from server. In no event shall ECU Remap Center be liable for any damages due to the owner of a vehicle tuned by the customer.

The client shall indemnify ECU Remap Center against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses suffered or incurred as a result of or in connection to any claim made by a third party which arises out of or in connection with the supply of the Products, to the extent that such a claim is attributable to the acts or omissions of the client or their employees, agents or subcontractors.
It is the responsibility of the owner or holder of a vehicle to ensure that the vehicle complies with the relevant road legislation and is permiteed to drive on public roads.
The client, as a professional seller, has the obligation to properly inform its customers of their legal obligations when tuning their vehicle. By agreeing with these general terms and conditions, the client undertakes to comply with its precontractual information obligation towards its customers.
ECU Remap Center makes no representation or warranty and gives no undertakings in relation to the homologation of a tuned vehicle nor grants any end customer (owner of a tuned vehicle) the necessary authorization to drive said vehicle on public roads.
The Products, services, content and all parts of the website of ECU Remap Center (including all trademarks, logos, designs, drawings, data, product and/or company names, texts, images, software etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights (e. copyright and trademark law) belonging to anbitec group d.o.o. or third parties with authorization of anbitec-group d.o.o.. The client is not entitled, for any reason, to modify, copy, distribute, send, re-offer, reproduce, publish, assign under license, transfer or sell to create works derived from the elements earlier mentioned, any given information or content. The supply of products or services by ECU Remap Center does not imply any transfer of its intellectual property rights. The establishment of an automatic link between the ECU Remap Center website and any another website or any link that automatically returns to the ECU Remap Center website is strictly prohibited, without the consent of ECU Remap Center.
In particular, the software offered by ECU Remap Center remains the exclusive property of ECU Remap Center. Upon termination of the use of the software, the client will destroy all software applications, together with the related documentation and manuals. The client engages to keep the software confidential.
Any breach of intellectual property rights of ECU Remap Center can lead to civil and criminal proceedings in accordance with applicable EU legislation.
Any dispute arising from, or related to, these general terms and conditions, in case of failure of an amicable solution, shall be exclusively brought before the competent courts of EU.
