Installed on 1.8 and 2.0 TSI and TFSI EA888 turbo petrol engines from 2010, Continental SIMOS18.X ECUs can now also be managed in BENCH mode, in addition to the already supported OBD and BOOT modes.

BOOT mode enables full access to the Delphi DCM7.1P, installed on Fiat, Peugeot and RAM Trucks pick-ups equipped with 2.2 BlueHDi diesel engines from 2024. It operates directly on the ECU for advanced repair operations and optimization of engine management.

One of the most widespread platforms in the sector is now manageable directly via the diagnostic port.

With the release of the dedicated protocol for Bosch MD1CS069 ECUs, installed on 2.9, 3.4 and 3.6 Stage V engines from 2017 onwards, it is now possible to operate in OBD mode without invasive procedures on the control unit.

KESS3 introduces the BENCH protocol for Bosch MD1CS069 on Iveco Daily.

A new expansion of operational capabilities is now available with KESS3: thanks to the release of the dedicated protocol for Bosch MD1CS069 ECUs installed on Iveco LCVs, it is now possible to operate in BENCH mode, without the need for invasive operations on the control unit.

Thanks to this update, KESS3 now allows intervention via OBD on the Bosch ZF8HP75 TCU, the transmission used on the most sporty and performance-oriented Alfa Romeo models from 2016 onwards.
